Ciao! I’m Fio, passionate health nut.


I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, I have the honour to work with women that would like to feel better in their own skin through actionable and practical holistic wellness plans.

In the last twenty plus years i’ve been studying nutrition (clinical, holistic, sports), yoga (hatha, vinyasa, power), strenght training, endurance training, the sacred feminine, vedanta and yoga philosophy and hold a multitude of certifications from accredited health and wellness institutes around the world.

I specialize in a holistic wellness that strive for balance and not for perfection through a plant_based approach to food, a regular conscious movement of the body and a healthy lifestyle with plenty of little positive habits, outlooks and relationships.

Through this work the limiting beliefs that hold us prisoners melt away to reveal our most powerful potential: we look at a successful ageing with functional years of expansion, growth and gratitude.

I was the owner and general manager of the Club Francesco Conti Health Club, a renowned 80 000 square feet wellness centre in Milan, Italy, successfully managing more than 300 employees and 7000 members for almost ten years.

I have a Master degree in Architecture summa cum laude from the Polytechnic University of Milan with a final thesis on ‘Wellness Cities for the future’ where I focused on the relationship between the ancient roman Thermae architecture - where an entire part of the cities were dedicated to purifing the body and the spirit- and the modern approach to Health and Wellness space design.
